Height - 5”7
Current weight - 70 kg
Goal weight - 50 kg

Starting the fast Sunday 27th! I hope for 5 to 10+ days but I’ll take each day as it comes and if I mess up I’ll get straight back on it.

The OMAD diet is the end game for me.

I’ll have a gentle work out each day because my job isn’t very physical so I need to get moving. I’ve booked in a few facials at the beauty salon and I’m going to meditate each day and get creative with art and music.

I’ve had issues with alcohol in recent years so I hope fasting will help me overcome my problem.

Glad you realize you need to keep your workouts light. Myself I limit myself to a daily walk of 1 to 2 miles while I’m fasting.

Yeah I think it’s always important to get moving every single day no matter what, even if it’s just a walk to the shop or some light stretches :blush:

I’m into Day 6 of 40 right now. I’ve completed 135 hours so far. I’ve lost 13lbs. I’ve done 6 and 7 day fasts before.
