Jessica’s journal day 3!

I didn’t sleep very well the last few days so I ended up eating last night but I know it was just a hiccup! I am back on it :+1:

Printed out a new fast forward to health daily check off sheet and I KNOW I’ll be able to cross off day one this evening!

I think adequate sleep is important during fasting for sure and drink heaps of water in the morning to set you up for the day :star_struck:

Same here girl! I fasted on Sunday for 28 hours and ate last night. I felt horrible about it but I had headache and sneezing, sore throat. So I needed something to keep me going. Today I’m having coffee and water only.

Ahhh I caved. Yesterday i made it 16 hours and this time 24 hours so I guess that’s not so bad but I wish I could have done the fast with everyone else :frowning: I’m going to keep trying until I do.

I know I shouldn’t make excuses but I find it very hard to fall asleep with an empty stomach, literally wide awake all night!
