I didn’t sleep very well the last few days so I ended up eating last night but I know it was just a hiccup! I am back on it 
Printed out a new fast forward to health daily check off sheet and I KNOW I’ll be able to cross off day one this evening!
I think adequate sleep is important during fasting for sure and drink heaps of water in the morning to set you up for the day
