Did a 14 day fast successfully before holidays. Going for 21 started last night. Workouts in conjunction, monitoring heart rate for safe ranges. Not about weight, therapeutic mainly and cleansing for clarity. Starting at 24% body fat. My goal is one day at a time, with 18% body fat as a omad maintenance goal. Black seed oil, water and seltzer. Occasionally coffee or sugar free preworkout for caffeine headaches. Also, I use sea salt and apple cider vinegar as needed.
First day going well, over an hour at the gym before work, at the gym Meditation before shift, keeping busy and using my break to clean car as a distraction. Then home straight to bed after black sea oil and meditation.
