  • Why are you doing this? I have been feeling way too sorry for myself and having way too much of the “I’ll start it tomorrow mentality”. Since the start of quarantine and being on furlough since March, I had been quite consistent with exercising every day, but not seeing results in the mirror or scale. I have been struggling with food and eating for way too long!! I have tried intermittent fasting, a juice cleanse, a multitude of fad diets… For once, I want that clarity and that peace within myself and I want to heal my relationship with food.

  • What are your long term and short term goals? Short term, I want to lose 30lbs. I am 5’1" and fluctuate between 135-140lbs. Long term I want to feel awesome in my clothes and not feel like I have to hide my figure and be so ashamed. I want to ultimately feel beautiful!

  • What is your game plan? I signed up for the July 30th fasting group and I want to be water fasting for 7 days (or longer!)

  • How do you feel right now? (Happy, Sad, Anxious, etc.) and why? Feeling fed up and ready to take on the world. I am going to be accountable for my actions!

  • How will you feel once you achieve your goal? (Visualization) I am going to feel free and amazing inside and out. I am going to be so proud of myself for completing the 7 days and I am going to want to do it longer. I will be happy and healthy and have so much clarity.

  • Write down your daily positive affirmation: I am strong and capable and I will achieve my dream body once and for all, no more excuses!!

Day 0:
-Preparing myself for day 1 tomorrow. I am nervous now my family bought pizza today!!! The temptations will be so real. But pushing through!! Anyone tried garcina combogia while fasting?
-Today’s affirmation: I will do this the best that I can. I am strong!

Day 1!!!
-Started strong, said no to subway! That’s the important part hahaha
-About to the do the July resolution sheet and the daily journal page from Yasemin. Will post it once it’s done.
-Currently sipping on Apple cider vinegar and warm warm
-Not feeling hungry. A friend of mine wants to celebrate her birthday on the weekend since it’s a long weekend. (Uh oh be strong!!!)
-I also did a workout today walked 3 miles with Leslie Sansone YouTube videos. Will never underestimate walking as a form of exercise ever!!
-Reading The Alchemist to pass the time and bit of hunger pangs I feel right now

Ok so I think today is officially day 1?
-Started fasting yesterday at 5:30pm!
-Gutted that I think I injured my lower calf on my left leg.
-Who knew I could get injured from walking at home T_T
-Yoga probably for the next few days
-Did my affirmation journal on paper will upload it later on
