hello i will be starting my fast tomorrow. i am trying to reset my relationship with food, i have unhealthy habits with it and think this will be good for me. it will also be for weight loss.
i have done a couple of short fasts before, but this will definitely be a challenge for me. once this fast is finished i hope to do just a healthy diet and to eat like a normal person.
as of today i weigh 156lbs.
