Hi everyone!
Had a busy day yesterday so didn’t get to update but have the time to today.
Day 1: 144.6
Day 2: 141.8
Day 3: 139.6
Doing good so far! Woke up today (day 3) feeling a little groggy but will be alright. Been doing good at keeping myself motivated, haven’t had any instincts or urges to quit and eat!
There is an app called Zero that actually has also helped me stay motivated. Seeing how many hours I’ve gone and how many I have left helps as well as seeing the percentage I have completed VS the percentage left. Highly recommended!
Yes. I use Zero. I love the alerts and daily tracking my weight.
Hi all! I had to start over as I decided to donate plasma and was required to eat before hand as you can’t donate on an empty stomach.
Anyways, I will update you guys later tonight on how day 1 is going!
Hi first day went fine! Worked outside on the yard so was busy and distracted.
Day 1: 143.6 lb
Day 2: 141.0 lb
Hi checking in! Hunger pain today, Had a bad headache today but also slept in so that made me happy!
Went and worked out today, nothing heavy just hill runs and an ab workout!
Day 3: 140.2 lb
