I am doing this so that I have mental clarity and so that I lose weight.My long term goal is to become more healthier lifestyles and not be dependent on food for happiness. Short term goals is to complete a 7 day of water fast and began a Healthier eating lifestyle.Because I really struggle with keep going and to ignore the cravings. I always give in on my 5th day and then eat junk. Start my OMAD and Dairy free ketogenic lifestyle.I am little nerves because I find it hard to get past the 5th day.i feel that I will that I finally achieve something I said I was going to do. That I can keep going and lose the 60 pounds. I am strong. I am resilient. I am beautiful regardless. I will achieve my goal weight. I will get the body I want , without making excuses.I want to be comfortable in my body.

When I began my journey in August 9th, I decided to address the #1 reason people break diets and fasts, cravings. I began with the 14 day Potato Diet. Boiled potatoes (no condiments) and water. At the end I had broken most of my food addictions (still have to be wary of potato chips LOL) and now like vegetables and other healthy foods. It made it easier for me to transition to Intermittent Fasting then OMAD then Prolonged Fasting. Just a suggestion if you fall to cravings again.
