Today is Monday, December 21, 2020.
It is day 1 out of 14 of fasting.
It will be a modified version of water fasting - I’m a very active person, so I’ll be drinking lots of water, to include electrolyte powder and bone broth. I exercise a lot, but with this fasting I will take it down a notch so I don’t over exhaust myself.
I am 5’1" in height, and as of 12/18/20 I weighed in at 126.1 lbs (57.2 kgs). At the start of this pandemic which was back in March of 2020, I weighed at my heaviest of 140 lbs - I started a new exercise regimen for myself and I also did ADF (alternate day fasting) for two months. After those two months, I did 20:4 intermittent fasting or OMAD or 18:6, whichever one I felt like doing on a given day.
My goal is to reach 105-110 lbs (47.6-50kgs).
Seeing that this week is Christmas (this Friday), I plan to refeed/eat something light that day, and hop back onto water fasting the next day.
