Hello all!
Today is Monday, December 21, 2020.

It is day 1 out of 14 of fasting.
It will be a modified version of water fasting - I’m a very active person, so I’ll be drinking lots of water, to include electrolyte powder and bone broth. I exercise a lot, but with this fasting I will take it down a notch so I don’t over exhaust myself.

I am 5’1" in height, and as of 12/18/20 I weighed in at 126.1 lbs (57.2 kgs). At the start of this pandemic which was back in March of 2020, I weighed at my heaviest of 140 lbs - I started a new exercise regimen for myself and I also did ADF (alternate day fasting) for two months. After those two months, I did 20:4 intermittent fasting or OMAD or 18:6, whichever one I felt like doing on a given day.

My goal is to reach 105-110 lbs (47.6-50kgs).

Seeing that this week is Christmas (this Friday), I plan to refeed/eat something light that day, and hop back onto water fasting the next day.

Wow you’re doing awesome! I’ll definitely being following your journey. I love exercise too but it makes me ravenous. Keep us posted!

Today is Day 2.

I woke up early this morning at 6:30am, because I had an appointment at 7am to get a 3D body scan of myself at the gym I attend.

The 3D body scan displays a more accurate reading of your body weight and measurements than your average scale at home, so I weighed in at 125.2 lbs this morning.

Here are the rest of my body measurements:

Neck: 12.9 inches
Waist: 32
Hips: 38
Left Biceps: 11.4
Right Biceps: 11.5
Left Forearm: 9.2
Right Forearm: 9.6
Left Thigh: 22.6
Right Thigh: 22.7
Left Calf: 14.8
Right Calf: 14.5

Fat Mass: 32.7 lbs
Lean Mass: 92.5 lbs
Body Fat Percent: 26.14%

I weighed myself at home on my own scale and there was a 4 lb difference LOL. Also I’m menstruating so I’m holding a lot of water weight right now so I can see where those 4lbs are from.

Day 3.

I weighed myself this morning and looks like I lost the 3 lbs of water that I was holding in due to menstruation.

A tip that I learned when I drink bone broth, add some hot sauce or pepper flakes to the bone broth to add more flavor and also helps feeling “full”.

Day 4.

It was a pretty busy day for Christmas Eve.
Woke up, took care of my dogs, went to the gym to sweat it out, and then took care of 9 cats afterwards.

Weighed in at 123.8 lbs today.
