Today I commenced my 7 day water fast (3:30pm est). The longest I’ve ever gone was 5 days and it was pretty challenging. I have my salt and minerals on deck. Wish me luck all, ahhh!!

You can do it! Longest I’ve ever done is 7 days, but I’ve been told it gets easier once you break through that mark

I started my first 5 day fast on Monday @2am. So I’m planning on finishing the same day as you! If I’m still feeling good, I’m going to try and extend it into a 7 day fast.
