I’ve had a very easy time transitioning to vegetarian keto, OMAD and fasting. However, I have a back injury and have been in extreme pain. I am taking some heavy duty pain meds that make me extremely hungry. I am no longer in ketosis but have not gained any weight. I do all the cooking in my house and unfortunately had to eat what was available that my husband could cook since I am not very mobile at the moment. I am extremely grateful that this community is here because I’m going to need support. I’m currently on my period and with the pain meds I’m soooo hungry.
