Day 1 complete
Its been a long road to get to this starting point again…Covid kept throwing monkey wrenches coupled with emotional, relationship and career set backs.

Its time to get a handle on my life again. I see the dust settling and taking a new direction. My intention is to take it day by day. Glad to be in the warm sun especially when feeling cold.

After my previous 30 day fast I did vegan keto and 16:8
But I started missing fruit I’m trying to figure what is possible and hormonally healthy.
I did not have my period for 5 months after March. Plus now my hair is falling out I feel like its more than usual where I think I’m getting concerned about it.

I’m hoping fasting clears my head so I don’t feel like I’m losing control anymore…life can sometimes be a slippery slope.

Day 2 complete woohoo celebrate every step! Went through waves of hunger drinking salted does help.

Feeling so so at the gym and in spin class but glad I went anyway.

Reading too have smaller goals in fasting vs one long fast…I want to fast long enough till my skin thing disappears. Its often caused by stress which is my middle name. Lol hoping it won’t take 100 days.

Having experienced child abuse when I was younger made me realize I use disconnection as a strategy for survival and often times I don’t feel like I’m in my body or use food to punish myself to try not to feel.

I have to come up with better ways when I’m feeling overwhelmed with emotion instead of leaving myself…

I just took another work roject on after taking the airline temporarily pay so its nice not having to live in airports or fast on a plane. Its nice to be able to lie down when waves of fatigue come through.

Can’t wait till the food cravings go away! And the bad breath :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
Hopefully I won’t feel bloated tomorrow…I think its the sparkling water that doesn’t help with that. Just curious how they get the flavor without adding calories!
I’m glad I’m able to drink teas and such!
