I started today, with 84,2 kg.
I’m from Portugal, só it is difficult to me to watch the directs on YouTube. But I watch offline and its very helpful and motivating.

Hey Fazinha, I’m joining the challenge too, taking turns OMAD and waterfasting (I will try at least). I’m from Belgium, and don’t see the lives either. But that doesn’t matter, as long as we watch them later, right?
