Hi! I haven’t updated as I suspected and then confirmed I was pregnant! So obviously I stopped the fast immediately. I have seen posts in facebook groups of people asking about fasting or even intermittent fasting during pregnancy, but I’m not even contemplating that idea. So thanks and good luck everyone!
