I learnt a lot in 2020

So, I cannot find my topic that I created approximately a year ago, so forgive me for starting a new one.
I started my journey with fasting (WF, IF and OMAD) almost a year ago, I believe. Discovered Yasmin throught Youtube, read up on it, read books.
I wanted to fast for mainly autophagy and weightloss. I still do.
But through experimenting this year, I discovered that it can also help with feelings of depression, building momentum, getting “things” done, being more active…all things I desperately need.
The last 3 years have been tough for me (divorce, moving back into my own house whilst my mom was living there, all the problems that caused, graduating, raising my boys,…), but I have grown as a person.
Now, in 2021, I need to complete and do all these things I learnt in 2020. I need to get healthy and break my food ADDICTION.
I joined the accountability group, there are some wonderful people there cheering me on.
Here I will log my progress, and let it all out: my doubts, fears, frustration, victories, hunger, cravings, …
I weighed myself one week ago, and it’s bad. The weight, yes, but the worst is my BMI, fat, visceral fat, … I will post a screenshot.
Later today I want to post my wishes and fears. I will do so this afternoon.
