Hello I’ve recently discovered this forum and been browsing through some journals and stories so I decided to give it a go. I’ve done water fasting in the past about 3 times, each ranging from 3 days to 5 days. Currently I’m on day 6 of my water fast. I started with a weight of 166 and currently I’m 155. I’m impressed so far but I’m hoping to make it the full 28 days and goal weight of 130. I have 25 pounds to go. I’ve been thinking about incorporating some exercise to help the process but find it a bit difficult as my energy level at the moment is quite low. I’ve been on only water with no supplements. I hope to continue but if I continue to feel bad I might have to call it quits. Haven’t gotten any hunger pains and surprisingly been able to stay away from food. I’m at a point where if I think of food I feel nauseous. The process has been somewhat easy for me so far (still early on though) but the lack of energy is what’s getting me. I’m not sure how to get past it sometimes at night however I get huge energy boosts where I feel I could run a mile no problem, wish during the day it was like this. It’s causing an issue with my sleeping patterns starting to sleep later at night and waking up late feeling sluggish having to drag myself out of bed. Is there any tips for this? Or maybe knowing that this low energy will soon pass after a few days? I’ve never made it this far so I’m not sure how the process to 28 days will be and what I should expect
Hoping to achieve 28 days

Good luck! I’d highly recommend adding electrolytes (potassium, magnesium and NACL) to your regime. It will help prevent most of unpleasant and for some people dangerous symptoms. Sorry about the low energy. I hope you are able to get some rest! Fasting always messes with my sleep and I haven’t found anything that helps besides meditation. Please keep us posted on your journey! Love reading other people’s stories
