I stop fasting Friday/Saturday and Sunday and now my tummy hurts! Hubby took me out and planned out Anniversary full of lucious Valentines foods and you name it OMYGOSH I can’t believe I let myself go but!!! FAIL FORWARD for a 6 day fasting. Keeping a mind set and be smart about it like Yasemin says…

omg … that must feel bad , the same thing happened to me I broke on day 3 so I was really angry with myself but tomorrow ill start a 7 day water fast, I wanted to take it up a notch so I can see what I’m capable of
