Help! Want to quit!

Day 6. It’s a hard day today. DIdin’t sleep well. Been consistently, uncomfortably hungry for 3 days! Don’t feel good at all, low energy, grumpy, blah, blah, blah. It’s the constant hunger that is bringing me down. Would love some encouragement please! I am drinking lots of fluids, keeping a cup of lemon water or unsweetened tea/herbal tea… and now just lazing in front of TV binging on True Blood LOL I woke up feeling like poop, but determined to at least make it to day 7. But now, I just want to switch from my 21-day goal, to IF and TRE. Again, would love some encouragement! Thx!

Yes, hang on for Day 7. It’s a mental game at this point. Just focus on your “why” and remember all the sacrifice you’ve put in to get this far.
