My plan for February is to fast for 48 to 72 hours, refeed fast again 48-72 hours refeed, and continue like that until the end a February never eating back-to-back days.
I have fallen off the wagon a couple of times, but it’s a journey right? :+1:

I revised my goal, actually I started a 14 day fast 3 days ago, and I’ve already lost 6lbs​:+1::grin:

I really want to start journaling again just very difficult because I’m not used to it. But anyway here’s another crack at it today. Im feeling pretty good, down another 3lbs pounds after the last 3 days staying the same weight. Yesterday I broke a 24-hour fast with a 500-calorie meal. Today I’m eating pretty much whatever I want to after intermittent fasting for 16 hours. Tomorrow I’ll try and eat one meal and then start fasting Monday through Friday.
