After continuous failures due to a busy life schedule and a baby, I decided that I have had enough. I look huge and obese and I am at my heaviest. 154 pounds at 5 feet
I had almost given up on myself when I got a notification email from this forum. I have found motivation and that is ( hopefully) some support from you guys. My goal is 110 pounds and almost aiming for a 40 day extended water fast. I want to look good again…be able to fit into my old dresses and feel good about myself!!

Question: How much fasting experience do you have?
Hey there! Previously I fasted for 5 days on an intended 21 day water fast and gave up.
Good, that you have previous experience. I would recommend you shoot for a 7-day and then after that take it day-by-day. The reason is you need to build up your fasting muscle. I’m speaking from experience and having observed others here who have been successful at longer fasts. FYI: Here’s what I did: 4. 5, 7 & then a 40. Since then have completed a 21 and plan to start another 21 on 3/22.
