Frump 2 Fit

Day 1: after falling off the wagon many times I am ready to stand strong. Goal is to get back to 40lbs lighter. Back to my fit self.

I’m 193.5 and going for 145. And size 12 (I have a wide frame).

What’s your plan?

I’m going to stick to day by day so that i don’t overwhelm myself. Starting with small goals like breaking into the 170s. So almost like 10lbs at a time. Watching my daily steps too.

Do you have any sort of plan you’re following?

I started with a 17.5 day fast, did a refeed for 9 days, enjoyed July 4th weekend, and now I’m in week 3 of a reverse 5/2 - fast 5 days and eat on the weekend.

I’m down roughly 30 lbs.

I want to have an accumulated 50 Fasting days done by the end of summer.
