Hi I’m Brittany… It’s day 1 for me . I’m waterfasting again I’ve tried plenty of times before but caved in . I’ve only been able to Not. Eat when I’ve been busy and just forgot… I’m just want a closer relationship with Christ and for this guy to dissapear… I want to prove to myself that I can do this… sometimes I eat and I’m not even hungry… or I’m smelling food and cave … or I watching TV and I have a habit of snacking these are things I want to stop doing . It feels like my mind and my body is fighting againts the very thing I want to accomplish I don’t eat breakfast but every time I try to fast I get hungry in the morning … a small goal for my is 3 day I know it seems silly but I want to surpass that… because I’ve never been able to do it … once I surpas
s 3 I wanna get to 6 days and so on… the calendar I love it I have a visual … I think that may help me along with my prayer time

HI Brittany. I’m currently doing what I call the “Jesus Fast”. 40 day water fast. Part of my daily routine is walking 1 to 2 miles, learning 1 new thing and performing an act of kindness. I’m finishing up Day 14.
