Using this to help me be accountable in times of struggling. I’m 16 days into a 50 day water fast. Ive done several 24 hr, 32 hr, 48 hr fasts and have completed a five day water fast before this. I’m currently 226 lbs and at the start of this I was 244 lbs and my ultimate goal weoght is 125 lbs, but my short term goal is to just get into onederland!
I don’t experience physical hunger often but I crave things like crazy all the time and am the sole cook of my family (husband and my three boys), which can be hard sometimes (most times). I feel mentally weak often because I do have a food addiction, I’ve owned up to that.
But this is the new me! I am strong and I have control over my actions and what goes into my mouth and what doesn’t!

OMG. wow you are amazing. To help with your meals, I would bye rotisserie chicken and just cook sides. Shred the chicken in tacos, in pasta etc. It saves a lot time having chicken on hand and your husband can pick that up? Ask your boys to help in the kitchen too. They would have a lot of fun and it is a life skill. I also cook for my family and I double my batch and freeze it. So I cook once for 2 meals. Hope that helps! Keep going you doing great!
