February Goals

Day 1 2/6/21 : 7day water fast

Last ate at 5:20am. Determined to finished 7 days before my birthday next week! It is now 2pm and I’m hungry but trying to push through with coffee, fiber, and salt mix. It’s the best so far!
I’ve got work for the next 3 days so that will also keep me busy. I’ll weigh myself on day 2or3. Ketones will be taken every day. Need to prove to myself I can commit and prep for my birthday celebration.
Ultimate goal by my birthday: 100lbs or less, 22% body fat
