Day 10 (5/02/2020)
As I told on the topic about “foam in the urine”, This was my last day of water fast, for now. I broke my fast with boiled broccoli, kimchi, avocato, 1 tablespoon of miso paste (forgot before) and 1 tablespoon of almond butter. It was amazing all those flavours. I Guess my body knew it was time to make a break, because I was not feeling well, mainly because of the heartburn, I started to feel tired and that thing about urine that I don’t know what it means.
My final weight was 76,3 kg (-7,9 kg). I don’t see much Diference in my body, but feel it in some clothes. My skin yes,looks great.
Day 1 after the fast (06/02/2020)
No heartburn, what a relief!
I started my day drinking 2 glasses of warm water with half a lemon juice. I had dinner (for now I am going to do OMAD), the same as yesterday with 2 boiled eggs. No n. 2 done. Urine still with foam.Let’s see Next days. If it remains I Will go to the doctor.
Day 2 after the fast (7/02/2020)
My weight for now is 77 kg. I’m doing the re feed and OMAD. My dinner was the same as yesterday and also an organic chicken broth (with onion, garlic, carrot, chicken, sea salt, Olive oil). I add the miso paste to the broth. I did my first n.2 and there is no more foam in my urine, @Compdude.
I know I have to increase my daily calories, but I could’n eat more.

Listen to your body don’t force yourself to eat. From experience, it takes a bit for your digestive system to re-adapt. My first day of refeed usually is only around 500 calories.
Today is the 12th of FEB.
After my 10th day of water Fasting, I 've been doing OMAD and kind of lowcarb. Today my weight was 78,5 kg ( I’ve gained 2,2 kg so I guess I’m doing better than my other experiences). I feel fine, and if it wasn’t my next days that I have some work events, and 2 weekends when i have to eat with other people, I would start again. So, I will wait till things calm a little bit. I guess
it Will be only in the begining of march, in the “lent” time (the 40 days before Easter I don’t know how you say, here we say Quaresma) I really want to make some days of religious fast and add the beneffits of water fast with my commitments with God.

Hi, everyone! I hope everyone is ok!
I’m sorry for my silence, but everything is fine. Like everyone all over the world, here in Portugal we are confined at home because of the coronavirus. I’m working from home but so fed up, like most of us who are not used to that.
Because of my anxiety (not only because of the pandemic state) but mainly because family issues, I’ve gained weight again. I have tried again to water fast but straingly my heart pressure went up and so I stoped. I am trying again, starting today 27th of april. Let’s see, One day after the other. Wish me luck!

Hi there. Yesterday was my day 3th day of this new trying of water fasting. But my anxiety levels are too high, and I don’t feel strong enough to continue. I had a Panic attack during the night so I quit for now. I Will try omad or some 24h-36h fast any other day and as I feel better I Will adjust things. I hope you all are fine. See you
