Fasting while teaching?

I am a teacher of young children. Does anyone have experience fasting for prolonged periods of time yet being okay to teach/work?

I have done max 4 days of fasting while working. Some minor headaches do come. But are not bad. Some tylenol or electrolytes always helped.

U can do it too
