I am an abstainer, not a moderator. This can be very tough in this "Everything in Moderation society we live in. - What is your game plan? (/.e. OMAD intermittent Fasting + Keto + Water Fasting)
Yes to this: Low Carb/Meat Heavy, OMAD to 2 meal weekends and one 2 day weekly fast following this Thanksgiving fast plus another 7 day fast ending December 23rd and Fasting from December 27th to 31st if needed. - How do you feel right now? (Happy, Sad, Anxious, etc.) and why?

Keeping track is vital. Refeed is vital. Mindset is vital.
My first extended fast was almost 2 years ago and due to some bad advice, following that successful fast, I changed from a lowcarb/meat heavy diet to a vegan diet. This did not work for me as I am a sugar/carb addict. I fed the beast and I paid the piper. After 14 months, I came back to lowcarb/keto and then transitioned to carnivore as a way of an elimination diet. Before adding back a few select non-carnivore items, I decided to tip the scales in my favor by doing this new fast. My plan is to fast until Thanksgiving, although I may require a short refeed (or 2) during this extended fast. I will NOT beat myself up for it, but I will listen to my body, nourish it with bone broth, and get right back on the horse! I can do this!!! I’m ready to heal and to burn unnecessary, unhealthy fat. I’m in it to win it.

I follow a 95% carnivore diet myself. I just need an extra push before the holidays. I’m impatient
Day 4 and I’m down 5 pounds!!! Very happy with that and not really hungry either. I really want a cup of tea, so I’m going to have one now. I can do this! I can go the distance!!!

Fasting works for me, and some form of intermittent fasting oh, but I’m not if we do keto I tried it once and it didn’t really work. Only shot up my cholesterol. I will be doing a 10 day water fast after veterans Day. But I like the way you have everything written down come and planned out.
