Woot! Back into the 180s. Still just doing 16-18 hour fasts, I think I did one 20 hour in there this week. I’m going to eat out this weekend, so probably will bloat back up (hope not). Psyching myself up to do another extended fast this week.

I’m starting to get excited thinking about being in the 170s…

I’ve had a lot of false starts for extended fasting, with most days being a 16-18 hour fast, but all is great anyway. I really wanted to end the month in the 180s, so I am happy!

I discovered digital scales, read a bunch of reviews, and decided one. I still truncate, I just can’t get into decimals, but it helps to keep me from feeling I have to keep detailed logs.

Happy with that weight. I did some fasting this month, not a lot, I actually ate meals and snacks yesterday, so this isn’t a fasting low.

It has been a long time. I am ready to do another fast. I see I have lost some weight since I was here last, but I have gained some weight recently and would like to lose it. I also have some ailments I would like to work on during this fast.

Today is day one. I have a digital scale now, so I have more precise weights to post.
