I’m starting a 21day fast today and I’m going to try posting here to help keep myself motivated and accountable. I’ve been obsessed with food and binge eating my entire life and I need to change that. I’ve been out of control lately and gained 25 lbs in the last month and a half. Hopefully this fast will help me lose the extra weight and help reset my mindset.
