Why: I’m hoping to reset my body and help with PCOS symptoms, overeating, weigh loss and anxiety. Most importantly, it is also a sacrifice for my son. I’ve committed to doing this for my special needs son in hopes that he will get a bit better. While it is unrelated to my physical health, I’ve been given a chance to win 6000$ if I lose 20lbs by March 31st. The winnings will go towards an alternative intensive therapy program not covered by insurance . I’m super excited!
Length: 21 days
, followed by keto and exercise (hopefully I will make the 20lb loss by then)
Strategy: praying, salt, electrolytes, multi-vitamins
Workout: none but I do have to walk 25 minutes up a hill on Monday to Friday to pick up my son from school.

I actually love Groundhog day… definitely do not want to see myself in that position again. Day 1 it is. I’m gonna look at the bright side, I’m down 3lbs from start weight this morning.
