Hey all its been a while since i have been here but i as of today 1st of September am going on a water fast for at least 21 days and if i can reach that then i m ay extend it. For the past 32 days i have been on a vegan diet i went from 75.41 kilos ( 157 pounds ) to 69.55 Kilos ( 153 pounds. I still have a lot to go i want to get down to 55 kilos /. 121 Pounds or a sizw 12. One i finish the fast i want to ontinue with my vegan diet as i feel strongly about feeling good about the food i put in my body and that animals shouldnt have to suffer. I want to go to 100 days if i can do it but i have type 2 diabetes which i want to reverse. So if anyone has achieved that i would love to hear your stories. Here are some pictures of me as u can see i am a fairly big woman. So this fast would be good for me. I am also going to add in some pra yer time. I will check back in a few days or a week and take progress pics. I started my fast late in the evening so have not gone a full day into it. I am about 37 mins into it. Anyway i think i am mentall ready this time aorund as have tried many times before. I want to get a smaller stomach one that matches my body as the rest of me is small. I am sick of looking like a pregnant lady and letting food control me.
