Wise men say, it takes 21 days to create and MANIFEST new habits so let’s start creating our new best lives we deserve!
I will start a 15 day water fast to overcome my sugar addiction and to have a good jumpstart in the ketogenic diet/omad lifestyle! After the 15 days i will do 15 days omad with keto. My goal: being 30 days in ketosis, beating my binge eating habits again and manifest the keto lifestyle!
The start of my fast: 19.02.
