Fasting again

I started my water fast last night 10 pm and still going strong 19 hours since last night till Today. Need to fast 3-4 Days, let’s see how it’s goes. An hour ago I was very very HUNGRY! My stomach was Graullei but rn Im feeling Ohk. I’m on KETOSIS so very excited! Hopefully by few hours more or by tomorrow morning I’ll be ON AUTOPHAGY! WE GOT THIS
