That’s a cute idea! I put stickers on my wall calendar. Did you fill the first jar with how many days you want to fast?
I did!! I’m excited. Im on day 3, racing for day 4. I pull out 7 beads, that’s 10. But when those go in I’ll pull more out to go in the jar. It helps to have visual motivations!
