Right now I can’t even imagine fasting that long. You are a rock star! :+1:

Thank you. But I worked up to it. Started with a 14-day Potato Diet to break my sugar/carb addictions, then 2 weeks of Time Restricted Feeding (18:6 then 20:4) then OMAD, then 4, 7 and 5-day Water fasts leading to the current one.

Hi erica!
First off awesome job at how far you have come! Its am amazing accomplishment!
I too am having the same problem as you. Tomorrow Hits 25 days of fasting for me and for the last 4 days I have been stuck at 126. I actually went up one day to 127 and then back down to 126. Its so frustrating. I have really started losing the battle with my fatigue and have started blacking out/fainting more often this last week. Its a little scary. I plan to break my fast tomorrow. I think its time. I hope you see the whoosh and the scales moves for you! Keep killing it! You are doing great!

I know that it’s really annoying when you don’t lose any weight, especially after four days. A you have been doing amazing, wait until tomorrow and see how you feel? Either way you’re such an inspiration!!

Hey thanks everyone for all the support! I decided it was time to break my fast. Considering a few factors like weakness, dizziness, sleeplessness, and constantly thinking about eating, along with the water retention, I feel like it was time to give my body a break. I had a salad of lettuce with tomato, cucumber and avocado. I kid you not, it was the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted! :joy: No digestive issues so I’ll do the same again today and look at possibly introducing eggs tomorrow.

I’m really happy with the 23 full days I did the full water fast. I think I made a lot of progress and I’m committed to eating clean and giving my body what it needs. I think it’s a pretty big accomplishment to fast 23 days especially on a comparatively lower starting weight. I’m also very excited to be able to exercise again!

I think we’re not supposed to discuss feeding on this forum so I’ll say bye for now. I may do some shorter 2 or 3 day fasts later on once I have got my nutrition levels up again. Thanks for all the support everyone you’ve been amazing and good luck on your own fasting journeys xx

Glad to hear Elizabeth, I was worried you may have been pushing it to hard with the physical requirements of your assignment.

Thank you! Yes it was getting to hard. The weather was not making it any easier. Working 11pm to 1pm the next day in extreme cold is rough! I say extremely but its only in the 30°s -40°s but as yall know fasting makes us all soooooo cold! I feel okay so far plan on sticking to my cucumbers w/o skin and maybe adding some watermelon… thank you again for all your insight and worring about me. Hope you are doing well!
