I’m starting today. It’s been 11h 55’ since I last ate, hahaha. Yes, it’s noon in a matter of minutes.

Feeling ok right now, not fatigued at all. Pretty full - I had a girls night out yesterday, so I probably won’t become suddenly hungry (maybe somewhere around midnight) :persevere::pizza:

Something about me? I’m a crazy snacker, adoring chocolate, pastries & cakes. Everything else might not exist :sweat_smile: I do generally like food :thinking::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

My current weight: 186 ibs, 84.5kg and 173cm tall.

:trophy:THIS YEAR’S GOAL: get to 69kg the weight i feel comfortable in.

Did manage to do a 30h of water fast. :banana:
Banana and the cramps + joints pain kinda led me to breaking the fast. You must be able to run 3k before entering a marathon race, right? :wink:

I’m still SUPER proud of myself :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Btw, my “eigth tooth” is coming out. It was literally killing me all night long. Couldn’t sleep at all. :pensive:

Yea, THE banana gave me a horrible craving for mashed potatoes with some butter and meat. I might just feast to it :see_no_evil: Mindfully, ofc and as low-carb as i feel is best. Im allowing myself potatoes and that carby :banana::sweat_smile:

After all, i’ve been messaging with Yas and OMAD is what she proposed for the transformation. Seems like a good idea.

Reached 30h for the first time ever, so I might just do a 60h water fast after i eat, this time.

My childhood first kitty was an “Elvira”. Black white beauty :heart_eyes: but she sure had integrity!! (or fear of intimacy…) Cuddly only when she said it was ok. And when she had enough, if you didnt move yourself out of the picture then instant pawswipe :wink:

I’m ok, I’m fine… safe and sound, alive, not dead yet.

I thought about my yesterday’s mood a lot…
Turned out I’m in my post ovulation part of the cycle, Understandable… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Ate those craved bananas, which made me literally go BANANAS :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
Hehehehe, ate also some (yes carby) sandwiches , but with rather healthy condiments :avocado::egg::cheese::bread::tomato::leafy_green: tried the newly bought coconut spread :coconut:
Yeah, it was a feast :see_no_evil:

Body will have good foods to feed from during the fast :zap::zap::zap: steadily getting mentally ready…

I had my 2h food gap yesterday from 13:30 - 15ish, but I’m planning to join my family’s dinner for my OMAD. It’s Sunday = family gathering time :heart: We’re pretty bussy during the week… (Like most of You probably). No time to eat together and food feasting is such a social thing. We do go for long ± 1h walks before the dinner tho, so it’s not that bad and the food isn’t bad either :woman_shrugging: so I might just decrease the food gap from 30h to ±25h for today.

Well, today’s plan is:

:ballot_box_with_check: fast at least until 15:00 that will put me at 24h. We’ll probably start eating around 16:30, so ok.

:ballot_box_with_check: I know mum’s planned meaty chilly con carne with side rice :rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice::rice: Carbs are calorie dense, but I really don’t want to fixate on “healthy - non healthy foods”. This makes me want to overeat the “forbidden food” and sets me up for a binge. Life’s too short :ok_hand:

:ballot_box_with_check: allow myself to stop the cravings (moderately) one - two pieces is enough :chocolate_bar::chocolate_bar: and my recent craving is chocolate… Maybe magnesium :thinking:

P. S. I’m adding chocolate today… in the form of:

  • coco powder drink + full fat milk and ksylitol. :milk_glass:
  • besides, I’ll eat two pieces of small variously flavoured chocolate bars (12g each - as I checked) they’re called “MERCI”. Want to try out the hazelnut version and the coffee one too… :partying_face:

I talk about food a lot, don’t I? I do like food :woman_shrugging:
However, I’ve noticed… that the cravings once satisfied DO go away, so unexpected, right :woman_facepalming:

I don’t necessarily feel hungry, want to eat like the whole fridge of the craving I had or have to think of food all day :thinking: it’s so relieving actually…

Gives You time to do so much of other stuff like ANY stuff :women_wrestling::woman_cartwheeling::woman_in_lotus_position::biking_woman::person_fencing::heart:

We’re getting there, steadily, mind-wise healthily and most importantly successfuly. No one has denied the kcal in/out theory yet!

Enjoying the fasting state… I have loads of energy (#migrationmodetheory is real). Did feel a bit strange at times, some dizziness, cold (as expected), sudden energy drops. Thanks to my fastingBUDDY :heart::point_left: I did not forget to take my supplements! (she knows who she is) Thank you, darling :pray:

I want to do it differently = properly, not like always! Thus, started from Thursday last week.
