Hello my beautiful people 


I’m ok, I’m fine… safe and sound, alive, not dead yet.
I thought about my yesterday’s mood a lot…
Turned out I’m in my post ovulation part of the cycle, Understandable… 
Ate those craved bananas, which made me literally go BANANAS 











Hehehehe, ate also some (yes carby) sandwiches , but with rather healthy condiments 




tried the newly bought coconut spread 
Yeah, it was a feast 
Body will have good foods to feed from during the fast 

steadily getting mentally ready…
I had my 2h food gap yesterday from 13:30 - 15ish, but I’m planning to join my family’s dinner for my OMAD. It’s Sunday = family gathering time
We’re pretty bussy during the week… (Like most of You probably). No time to eat together and food feasting is such a social thing. We do go for long ± 1h walks before the dinner tho, so it’s not that bad and the food isn’t bad either
so I might just decrease the food gap from 30h to ±25h for today.
Well, today’s plan is:
fast at least until 15:00 that will put me at 24h. We’ll probably start eating around 16:30, so ok.
I know mum’s planned meaty chilly con carne with side rice 













Carbs are calorie dense, but I really don’t want to fixate on “healthy - non healthy foods”. This makes me want to overeat the “forbidden food” and sets me up for a binge. Life’s too short 
allow myself to stop the cravings (moderately) one - two pieces is enough 
and my recent craving is chocolate… Maybe magnesium 
P. S. I’m adding chocolate today… in the form of:
- coco powder drink + full fat milk and ksylitol.
- besides, I’ll eat two pieces of small variously flavoured chocolate bars (12g each - as I checked) they’re called “MERCI”. Want to try out the hazelnut version and the coffee one too…
I talk about food a lot, don’t I? I do like food 
However, I’ve noticed… that the cravings once satisfied DO go away, so unexpected, right 
I don’t necessarily feel hungry, want to eat like the whole fridge of the craving I had or have to think of food all day
it’s so relieving actually…
Gives You time to do so much of other stuff like ANY stuff 





We’re getting there, steadily, mind-wise healthily and most importantly successfuly. No one has denied the kcal in/out theory yet!
