On the 11th of January I started another 10 day water-only fast which I might extend if work responsibilities allow.
Planned to do this ‘fast’ earlier but the festive season wasn’t the appropriate time.
Here we go ….
Day 1:
Went good, little headache but otherwise ok
Day 2:
Good day, some light indoor cycling (30 min)
Still some headaches
Day 3:
Good day, did some light indoor cycling (30 min) again
Day 4:
Good day, with some light body aches
Day 5:
Experiencing some stomach cramps, not unbearable, but uncomfortable
