I’m new here and I’m happy I made my decision to join this community.
I have struggled with my weight issues for a very long time, I have tried so many things you name it I have tried that. My relationship With food is not very good, I’m trying to overcome that. And for my health reasons .
My current weight is 198 pounds and I’m 5’4’.
My first goal is -170
Second goal is - 140
I’m on my Day 1 water fasting… Feeling strong n still happy
