Thank you. Its official its DAY 1 for me!! Did not sleep well. Have a jelly belly and back pain as premenstrual. But determined to start BURNING through those numbers. Reflecting on yesterday I made myself have teas and coffess with no sugar but I had 3 yesterday so will limit to two today and no sugar. I am still having a drop of milk in my drinks but for my fizzy perrier natural apple drink I stopped adding in apple juice. It is bitter but as Yasemin said I am going to affirm each time I drink it that ‘it is sweet enough for me’. I weigh 81.1kg this morning

80.4kg today I will start doing some.of adrian bryants videos the 60 minute ones. Last night I ate too late and went to bed then got heart flutters ( I always get if I eat late). I just relaised that 12 weeks from now is 1st April. Sorry I feel I need to exercise too …my body wants it. I dont think I can do the watet fast but will continue with IF gradually lowering my window. I did eat above meal. It consisted of walnuts, asparagus, tomatoes, chana dahl, sag panner, cherries and blueberries. When I went to office I get stressed as the women there negative talk behind your back but to your face …all smiles and I get so nervous being around them. I feel if I exercise I naturally feel a lot better. Hope I am making sense. I really love adrian bryant as I did him 2 years ago and lost weight too.

Thanks for letting me post my food pics. No I defo do not want to trigger anyone.

Have a nice day…the witch still isnt here and I stil have my wobbly jelly belly but going to do adrian low impact today.

I spent 2 weeks of IF, Time Restricted Eating and OMAD before tackling Water Fasting. I knew I had to build up my fasting muscle first.

You are taking the same attitude. Keep checking in to stay on track and you’re NOT triggering anyone by staying in your Journal. All here are volunteering to be “triggered”! LOL

Today I had 2 teas with sugar (naughty)
Avacado
A few almonds and walnuts

Banana, strawberry blueberry smoothie, 4 asparagus, 2 parsnips, 1 chocolate biscuit, 1 mini cadbury choc bar, choc buttons, peanut and date bar, chana dahl and aubergines, a small pear and a slice of water melon.

I am bleeding really heavy and in pain but I still did Adrian…and feel happy and sleepy now😃
