So today is the day I’m going to go on a water fast I’ve done a 3 day water fast before but my will power got so weak. Every time I try to do another water fast I just fail. But I wanna feel better about myself and cleanse my body I’ve been feeling really shitty lately. Also I just want to reset. I know I might have to go longer than 3 days to really reset my body but I’m just going to take it day by day because I feel like every time I plan on a long water fast, I tend to end up failing. So today day 1 hopefully will be good and I make it through the day, plus I want to lose weight I don’t want to hit my before weight.
