I did not have time to post yesterday. I was in school and my energy was very high until after P.E where it felt like I had used all my energy there.
After school at about 3 pm, I worked out with a friend (just some walking uphill). When we went home my energy was nonexistent, but we went to a night class from 7 to 9, and afterward, we went home to sleep.
This was a rough day, but I reckon it was because I didn’t stay unactive, and I both had P.E and workout, this is something I will avoid for the rest of my fast.

Good you recognize you need to crank down on the physical activity. Fasting is already stressful for the body.
For myself I limit myself to 1 to 2 mile walks daily.
