Day 8.
4:11 California time.
Just had a discussion with my husband this morning and he was upset about me “starving” myself. He still doesn’t know I’m waterfasting.
He used to body build and was into fitness so he believes in eating small, weighted portions, a balance meal of protein, veggies and complex carb every 2 hours. So, he will never understand me.
So, i just told him that I, sadly, attach my self worth to my weight, I’m very depressed about me gaining weight this year because of my injury, I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin and i have no self confidence anymore. So i just asked that he let me do this, i have 6 more days left. And then i have a meal plan after.
So, yeah, it was a pretty gritty conversation.
But we got through it.
And right now as I’m typing my journal, he’s right in front of me eating a carne asada burrito!
Life’s NOT fair!! Lol
Alright guys, that’s it for today!!
In a few hours, I won’t have to worry about hunger coz I’ll be sleeping!

When I began doing my custom program and Prolonged Fasting back in August I faced a lot of skepticism and ridicule. No one’s doing that now because they can see for themselves what dropping 60lbs does. Now a lot of the naysayers are cheering me on. Stick to your guns!

Yes, I’m sticking to it! I’ll just wait for the day that i reach my goals (I’m about 17 lbs away) , and show everyone my success story. Thanks for always being supportive and responsive! I appreciate you!
