Saturdays are hard but I did it. My daughter ordered pizza and we had leftover treats from Halloween and it was a party at my house but I did it it and I did not eat a morsel of anything. So happy with my self and hope I can reach my goal. I just need to lose 5.5 in 6 days but if I don’t I will just extend my fast. Bring on day 8th.

How much have you lost so far?
Thanks for the encouragement! I weighed at Doctors on August 6 150lbs and today I weigh 125.4. I didn’t weigh myself on Day 1 but I am slowly making progress. My goal is to weigh 119. I am 5’2 and I carry my weight all on top which makes me look heavier than I am. I will weigh again on Nov.14 at the doctors office. My real goal is get A1c at a normal level so I don’t need meds.

My biggest challenge is the lack of energy.
One of my goals is also getting off meds. So far I’ve dropped daily insulin injections and 2 of 5 meds. I take my blood and urine test on Dec 5th and doctor’s visit on Dec 13th. Good luck to you!
When I need more energy I suck on Himalayan pink salt. The little crystals and that helps.
