These days have been rough! All I think about is food! But the food isn’t going anywhere. I owe it to myself to keep pushing until I reach my goals. Honestly, with my set backs this week I have felt like a failure . But I checked and I have lost 3.4 pounds! While my final goal weight is 127, 143.6 is my first goal weight to get out of the overweight range ! That means I only have 2.6 more Pounds to go. I don’t know , but maybe making these smaller weight loss goals will help encourage me to push through. Either way, I’m excited to see where this goes.
