Today was soo much better than yesterday. Made my 3 month appointment to check my blood sugar levels A1c levels. In August it was elevated and I told my doctor that I will be so good that I won’t need meds and that is the real reason why I am doing the 14 day challenge I will go to get blood work on November 9 and my appointment will be on the 14 of Nov.
Day 3 The day looks bright!
I recommend looking at Dr. Jason Fung interviews on YouTube. He’s a Kidney Doctor with the University of Toronto. He got fed up not being able to help his patients who all suffered from advanced Chronic Kidney Disease due to diabetes. Many of his patients have reversed their Type 2.
Greeting, thanks for the advice I am from Oakville ON close to Toronto and I love Dr.Fung. His advice was if you want to lower your A1c stop eating! I praying that this works.
Woah, we live quite close then!!
It does. Based on Dr Fung’s work and my research into other scientists I designed my own custom treatment protocol to reverse my Type 2, Chronic Kidney Disease and Hypertension. I started August 9th earlier this year.
My results:
- 55lbs lost
- Dropped daily insulin injections, diabetes medication and cholesterol medication.
- Lowering blood pressure from 191/103 to 149/74.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Wow you must be so proud of your self! Have you reached your BMI or goal weight yet?
When I first started over 12 weeks ago. I dreamed that I could hit my college weight but I was skeptical I could reach it as it meant losing 110lbs. But now that I’m halfway there , I’m now confident I can do it. I’m curious to see how much more weight I’ll lose in the next 3 weeks. I just saw a YouTube video of someone who did a 54 day fast and she said her weight loss slowed after Day 40. For me so far, I’m averaging a loss of 2lbs per day. I’m sure that will slow as I get closer to my goal. Let’s see what happens. Thanks for the pat on the back.
I know you can make your goals. Do your best and let the Creator do the rest!
