Day 3 struggles

Oof! I had some sugar free mints yesterday for my breath. Holy cow! Whatever was in those things has kept me in the restroom all morning! I feel so tired,but still determined. I had an intense yoga class last night and I’m preternaturally achy today,I know that will change when ketosis kicks in-I just have to be patient. I got this!
