Dear Dairy,
I made it to the gym today and ran 8 miles on the treadmill. I have about 3 weeks left to train for Philly’s Half Marathon. Fasting is going well I’ve been fasting for 76hrs. I’m going to end it once I make it to 120hrs.
Day 3 still going
Make sure you leave enough time between the end of your fast to ReFeed before the marathon. Just a suggestion.
