Day 2 of water fast goal 130lb

I’m on day 2 of my water fast. I started at about 160lb and did some intermittant fasting for a few ways now am on day 2 of my water only fasting.

I don’t think I will need much salt since I have been low on the carbs on the prior days when I was eating. Last time I water fasted by day 2 or 3 I needed lots of salt but that was coming off a regular higher carb diet.

I’ve only been having a few spoonfuls of yogurt only in the morning with some lemon juice squeezed on it.

Hopefully I will make it to 130lb then settle at 135lb after I start eating. My previous two records have been 11 days.

I have been doing 45 minutes on rowing machine everyday and light exercise.

Looks like I will be at around 150lb by tomorrow after about 5 days of fasting so about 5 lb in 5 days. Usually my weight can jump down a pound or two a day in first few days then after my body gets settled I lose about .7 lb a day. I try and aim for about 5lb of weight loss every 7 days.

My routine is to do about 45 minutes of easy rowing machine every day and some very lightweight weights as well as do some stretching and pushups.

I did have a few calories the other day when refilling my condiments like salt, pepper, hot sauce. I had a handful of fried dried garlic pieces and some pork rinds. Luckily, I didn’t have many garlic pieces left in the container before finishing it.

One more week, hopefully by next Sunday should be at 145lb or less, then follow up a week or two 5lb each week until I reach my goal. Then I set my goal of 130lb which is in reality less than my real goal of maybe 135lb so that when I start eating I will be at 135lb.
