Day 2- boredom 😫

Not hungry, energy level is good but I am bored!!! :tired_face::tired_face: Trying to keep busy and not think about food.

Yes! @Velma. Make sure keep yourself busy because boredom eating is a real thing.

Try to outside for a walk, read a book, organize your room/home, check off any chores.

Do not sit on the couch and watch TV as it will lead to boredom eating. You got this!:grinning:

Try watching a movie…or
Re-arrange your wardrobe
Or go through the various comments on this group…
I did that yesterday and re-tracked…
