Day 2/5 WF

Finally, day 2 completed successfully. I’ve had some hunger after I was out of work, but I know it’s just a mind trick, as I have always binged eaten after work when I had my bad habits, so no surprise for me. Besides, I hadn’t had any salt water at work, so that also had me feeling weak. When I arrived home, I decided to weigh myself and I lost 1.2kgs since this morning! Yay! This gives me a boost to start my 3rd fasting day. I have already broken my 48hrs record!
