Day 2: 3 goals today and a positive affirmation for myself

Day 2.
I’m feeling great right now. No issues.
Extremely motivated!!!
I’ve been doing all of Yasemin’s suggestions.
Watching her videos has definitely helped me stay strong and encouraged.

3 goals for today:
1- NOT EAT!!! Hahahaha! i did it!
2- write my WHY’s and POSITIVE affirmations on a big piece of cardboard so i can read it over and over and it won’t get torn or anything.
3- organized my purse! I’ve kept myself busy by doing this and it made me happy to see my purse organized!

Day 2 is almost over.
7:44pm California time.
And of course it’s easy to fast at night coz we’re gonna sleep!! So effortless.

I AM STRONG!!!

Sounds like you ave a solid plan. I agree Yasemin has definitely helped me stay on track up to and into this fasting adventure. That’s a great idea about the cardboard WHY’s & AFFIRMATIONS…I’m stealing your idea. Thanks!

Thanks, I’m quite a distance from where the fires are. Last year’s Ventura one was very, very close though, had to evacuate!

This time around is different.
I feel it in my bones that I’m gonna make it!
I will not let anything get in the way of my goals!
Enough is enough with my Day 1’s.
This time, I’m picking THIS HARD.
Because I’m exhausted with all the HARD that overweight brings! I’m done with that
It all ends right here, right now.
